This week we are introducing “Cc”, “Rr” and “Uu” short sound. In Math we are working on “time”. Please practice telling time with your child on a digital clock and an analog clock. Please complete the packet and return on Friday. Don’t forget to add 1 completed name page weekly to your homework.

New Homework Format

Dear Parents:

Here is the new homework format:

On Monday you will receive a packet and it needs to be returned on Friday in the homework folder.  The homework is based on the material that will be covered in class.  We are now focusing on the sounds of the letters.  But please continue to practice neat and legible letter formation.

(Remember letters start from top to bottom)  We are also working on numbers 21 – 30 for the next two weeks.

Homework reminders:  daily practice of your decodables and rainbow words.  Continue to practice rhyming.  The name paper is your master.  Please make copies to turn in once a week.
